Farr Rising Garganega 2025Due to the Farrs love of Soave and the desire to drink their own wine, Garganega was planted. It sits on a north facing slope atop grey sandy loam, with underlying limestone and an ironstone base. The wine is naturally fermented, 50% occurring in tank and 50% in 1 year old oak barrels, before being bottled 10 months later. The choice to split the ferment between tank and barrel allows for a refined acidity, whilst continuing to develop complexity.

I find it hard to believe these pillows are what is used in the hotels. I like Westin hotel pillows, but they are heavier than this particular pillow. I have used it for 6 months, now it flattens out and just feels like lightweight fluff with no support. It was good for about a month. I try to fluff it up every night to give some lift but I feel this will be thrown away soon. The search goes on.
