This Ultimate Octave, which boasts serial number 0001, was originally a gift "for Marino" in April 1995. Michael Fuller hand wrote, rather than screen printed, the control labels as well as an inscription for Marino on the back. He also finished #0001 in a "custom burst" that was not made available when the Ultimate Octave entered regular production in 2004.

Recently purchased the Work String trimmer and blower bundle. I found these and ordered them in hopes they were the right ones. They fit and work perfectly. Super easy to install. Pop out the old one and pop in the new. The string is pretty durable and thick. I love the idea of pre loaded spools. It got so annoying having to rewind the string on the spool every time I ran out. Price is fair and worth it. Highly recommend these if you have the same trimmer.
