Dfh.a. 1940 German Field Radio Headset AS-ISOriginal 1940 made Dfh. a. field radio headset. Good set to rebuild. The cords are completely missing, but what remains is in fairly good condition. The little spring cord protectors are also missing from each ear piece and one is even missing the stub for the spring. I do not know if these are working, but its safe to assume not. This is just a great basis from which to rebuild a functional set.

Really enjoyed this book. Very well written and presented. The concepts presented are very thought provoking. My only complaint is that the book is cheaply printed and bound (hard-cover). For the price, I expected a much higher quality product. The first page was partially glued to the cover, the paper is rough in texture and feels cheap. The cover is not well bonded to the pages with obvious gaps when the book is fully opened.

I just love NT Wright. If you’ve read anything he’s written before then you know he’s big on believers being agents of new creation in this world. The phrase he repeats over and over in this book is “small working models of new creation.” Ephesians is about how God has rescued us in the Messiah and made us new humans so we can display what new creation looks like to a watching world. The church is God’s new temple - the place where heaven and earth meet and from where God’s glory spreads to bring renewal like the river in Ezekiel. Our vocation is to do good works that display God’s creativity and cause people to be amazed at His redeeming love. Our unity in diversity, our mutual submission, and our work in the world are all to have this one goal - displaying God’s glory.
