Gitton Pouponneau Grange Saint-Sauveur Chenin 2021This wine is made from two plots of Chenin grapes aged between 80 to 100 years. These plots are situated on a hillside with clay limestone soil near the Loire River, facing South East. The wine is produced by direct pressing and fermenting with indigenous yeasts.
