Source Natural is a good brand but I find 5 mg too strong and need to split them.
As a person with sleep problems due to illness I can say that this melatonin works to get me to sleep sooner. I don't sleep most of the night without it and this brand works better than others I've tried. I can't use 5 mg though and find 2.5mg better. I'm cutting them in half and don't plan to order 5 mg. again.

Works wonders for me
I love this product since it works immediately (due to the sublingual delivery system). I also appreciate that I can halve or even quarter the tablets easily.
